Wrap the tape measure around your breasts, across the fullest part of your bosom. To get your cup size, subtract the band size number from this number. For example, if your second number is 33, and your band size is 31, subtract 31 from 33 to get 2. Cup sizes are as follows: 1 inch is an A cup, 2 inches is a B cup, 3 inches is a C cup, 4 inches is a D cup, and 5 inches is DD cup. Though your bra size gives you a good idea of a good fit, you should not stick to these sizes. Be flexible when shopping for a good-fitting bra.
